Woven Bag Printing Machine
Prints PP woven bags on both sides in one pass, in up to four colours — 70–100 bags a minute, printing size up to 700 × 1,100 mm.
A roll-fed printing machine for PP woven bags. It prints both sides in one pass with accurate colour register, in up to four colours, and dries both sides in an automatic constant-temperature oven.
Bag length and the register of image and text are set by PLC, and the bag length is changed without changing the printing roller or the gears. Colour mark tracking makes it suitable for printing the reverse side of a woven bag. The printing press engages and disengages automatically, so no defective bags are made during a shutdown.
