Automatic Bag Cutting and Sewing Machine
Cuts woven fabric to length and sews the bottom automatically — printed or blank bags, 20–40 bags a minute, cutting width up to 750 mm.
The machine heat-cuts woven fabric from the roll and sews the bottom of the bag automatically, for printed and blank bags alike, saving labour. A touch screen, PLC and stepping motor control the bag length precisely.
The mouth of the bag opens easily after heat cutting. Finished bags are counted and collected automatically in fixed quantities, and the fabric roll is loaded by an electric hoist. The machine cuts hot or cold.
