Fully Automatic T-Shirt Bag Making Machine — 480 mm × 2
High-speed double-line machine making T-shirt shopping bags from HDPE/LDPE film — bag width to 480 mm on each line, 250 bags a minute per line.
A fully automatic, high-speed machine that turns HDPE or LDPE roll film into T-shirt (vest) shopping bags of the kind supermarkets hand out. Feeding, sealing, cutting, hole punching and conveying run as one continuous process, on two lines at once.
A PLC with a double servo drive holds each line to a fixed bag length, set on a touch screen. A photocell follows the print mark on printed film; the punching unit makes bags with or without a side fold, and a PU conveyor carries the finished bags out.
