Extrudes and draws PP and HDPE into flat tape for circular looms — Ø 140 mm screw, 1,600 mm die, 120–240 kg/h.
The machine takes polypropylene and high density polyethylene and, by heating, extruding and drawing, makes flat tape that is then wound for weaving on the circular loom. It can run on 100% recycled PP and PE granules or powder.
The screw and cylinder of the extruder are of nitrided 38CrMoAlA alloy steel with a hardness above HV 950, and the extruder is driven through a helical gear reducer of 20CrMnTi alloy steel. The chain wheels are of 45# medium carbon steel, high-frequency quenched. The driving rollers are hard chrome plated, and the traction unit has a self-controlled tension winding roller.
