Fully automatic, mould-less shrink sleeve seamer for PVC, PETG and OPS — up to 600 m/min, seam 30 – 350 mm.
The machine forms printed shrink film into a continuous sleeve, applies solvent glue and seals the centre seam, then rewinds the finished sleeve ready for cutting. It runs PVC, PETG and OPS shrink film from 30 to 100 microns, at speeds up to 600 metres per minute.
It is a mould-less machine. The forming wheel and forming table are driven by servo motors and set from the screen, so changing from one sleeve width to another does not require a set of forming templates. Seam widths from 30 to 350 mm are covered on the same machine.
The glue system uses a double-channel dispensing gun whose angle is adjustable up and down and forward and back, fed from a pressurised glue tank. A drying blower speeds the evaporation of the solvent, which allows the higher running speed.
