Jumbo Roll Film Slitting Machine
Slits jumbo rolls of OPP, BOPP, PVC, PET and PE film into finished narrow rolls — working width up to 1,300 mm, up to 300 m/min.
The machine slits jumbo film rolls into finished narrow rolls. It runs OPP and BOPP, PVC, PET and PE film from 0.012 to 0.15 mm thick, at a mechanical speed of up to 300 metres per minute, across a working width of up to 1,300 mm.
Jumbo rolls of up to Ø 800 mm are carried on 76 mm cores and the finished rolls are wound to up to Ø 500 mm on the same core size. A web guide holds the film in line to within ± 0.3 mm with a movement range of ± 75 mm, so the slit edges stay straight at full speed.
The machine can be supplied with a single drive motor or with two motors.
