High-speed six-shuttle suspension circular loom for woven bag fabric — folded width 350–850 mm, up to 160 r/min, 2.1–2.5 m/min.
A high-speed six-shuttle suspension circular loom that weaves plastic flat yarn into woven bag fabric with a folded width of 350 to 850 mm. It is driven by a direct-drive motor without an encoder and is built for high speed, low energy consumption and low noise.
Speed and weft density are set on a touch screen without stopping the machine, and a wireless weft detection system stops it when a weft breaks or runs out. The suspension device keeps the shuttle wheel from pressing and damaging the flat yarn, which keeps the fabric transparent, bright, strong and even.
The loom can be built with a hollow shaft, to produce not only ordinary woven bags but also woven bags with an inserted liner.
